Job Description

The Healthcare AI Sales Executive is responsible for selling AI-driven healthcare solutions, engaging with enterprise clients, and promoting Sword Health's innovative platform that aims to transform healthcare delivery through AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of AI healthcare solutions to enterprise clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare organizations
  • Present and demonstrate AI Care platform benefits to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare payers, employers, and health systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies

Requirements

  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States, and immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, specifically in healthcare or AI-related solutions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with enterprise clients and healthcare organizations.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex healthcare AI solutions to clients.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and client needs related to AI healthcare solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team including product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (if applicable).
