The Head of Marketing for Move Sword Health is responsible for leading and executing full-stack marketing strategies to drive member enrollment, engagement, and retention for their AI-powered pain care solution, while building brand awareness and managing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute marketing campaigns to drive member enrollments, engagement, and retention
Optimize the entire marketing funnel through A/B testing and conversion rate improvements
Shape and communicate the brand narrative to differentiate Move from competitors
Develop and manage B2C messaging across channels such as Email, Direct Mail, and SMS
Analyze performance data to inform marketing strategies and campaign adjustments
Build and lead a marketing team to support growth objectives
Requirements
Experience in leading marketing efforts for a digital health or AI-driven healthcare product, with a focus on direct-to-consumer campaigns.
Proven ability to craft and execute marketing campaigns that drive member enrollments, engagement, and long-term retention across the entire marketing funnel.
Experience in leading top to bottom funnel A/B testing and optimizing conversion across enrollment and lifecycle journeys.
Ability to shape and communicate a compelling brand narrative that differentiates the product from competitors.
Strong skills in creative writing and developing compelling B2C messaging including Email, Direct Mail, and SMS campaigns.
Experience analyzing performance data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Experience building and leading a marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and managing team members.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Commercial, Design, Content, and Central Marketing teams.
