Job Description

The Head of Marketing at Bloom is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, driving member acquisition, activation, and retention, and shaping how women discover and engage with the platform through creative and performance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for Bloom's platform.
  • Own member acquisition, activation, and retention across all channels.
  • Shape how women discover, connect with, and engage with Bloom.
  • Balance brand creativity with performance marketing measurement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and leading go-to-market strategies and execution for healthcare or wellness platforms, with a focus on member acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple channels.
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of brand creativity and performance marketing rigor, balancing creative work with disciplined measurement and optimization.
  • Proven track record of owning and managing marketing campaigns that directly impact member discovery, engagement, and communication of value.
  • Strong leadership skills to work closely with senior management, including the General Manager, and lead a marketing team or cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in healthcare, women’s health, or related health technology sectors is preferred.
  • Legal right to work in the United States (for US-based roles); candidates must have a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal (for Portugal-based roles).
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment with flexible working hours, and to manage responsibilities independently.
