Job Description
A strategic and operational role responsible for structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals, acting as the central point for deal execution to accelerate deal velocity, ensure compliance, and maximize value in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to structure, negotiate, and close complex deals
- Accelerate deal velocity while ensuring compliance
- Maximize deal value through effective deal structuring and negotiation
- Build and implement scalable processes for deal execution
- Act as the central point for deal execution and coordination
Requirements
- Experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals, with a focus on accelerating deal velocity while ensuring compliance and maximizing value.
- Proven ability to act as a central point for deal execution, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Strong strategic and operational skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Experience building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-impact role requiring collaboration across multiple departments.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Ability to work remotely and flexible working hours.
