Job Description
A strategic and operational role responsible for structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals, acting as the central point for deal execution to accelerate sales velocity while ensuring compliance and maximizing value.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to structure, negotiate, and close complex deals
- Accelerate deal velocity while ensuring compliance
- Maximize value in deal negotiations
- Build and implement scalable processes for deal execution
- Act as the central point for deal execution and coordination
Requirements
- Experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals, with a focus on accelerating deal velocity while ensuring compliance and maximizing value.
- Proven ability to act as the central nervous system for deal execution by partnering closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Strong strategic and operational skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build scalable processes.
- Experience working in a role that requires collaboration across multiple departments such as Sales, Legal, and Finance.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Ability to work remotely and manage flexible working hours.
- Understanding of deal structuring, negotiation, and execution processes, especially for complex deals.
