The Head of Commercial Strategy will lead market positioning, competitive differentiation, and pipeline development for Bloom's AI-powered women’s health solutions, driving strategic impact and ensuring the product's success against competitors without managing a team.
Key Responsibilities
Establish Bloom as the category leader in women's health through market positioning and competitive differentiation.
Drive pipeline generation and gather commercial intelligence to ensure market success against competitors.
Shape the external commercial narrative and internal market insights to influence product positioning and evolution.
Build relationships with health plans, brokers, consultants, and platform partners to enhance market perception and adoption.
Ensure sales teams are equipped with positioning, proof points, and market intelligence to effectively compete and win.
Requirements
Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
Experience in establishing and positioning healthcare or digital health solutions as category leaders across health plans, self-insured employers, brokers, consultants, and platform partners.
Proven ability to drive strategic impact through personal expertise, relationships, and influence across an organization without managing a team.
Strong expertise in market positioning, competitive differentiation, pipeline generation, and commercial intelligence within the women’s health or broader healthcare space.
Ability to shape and communicate the external commercial narrative and internal market insights to influence product positioning, pipeline development, and product evolution.
Experience in winning against established competitors in the women’s health solutions market, with a demonstrated ability to achieve win rates of north of 75-80%.
Deep understanding of the women’s health market segments including pelvic health, menopause, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care.
Ability to determine how health plans, brokers, consultants, and employers perceive the product relative to competitors and to ensure the product reflects market needs to establish category leadership.
Excellent communication skills to serve as the external face of the company’s commercial narrative and internal voice of the market.
Experience working in or with digital health platforms that utilize AI-powered care models involving continuous interaction between members, AI health specialists, and human clinicians.
Full-time employment eligibility in the United States with a commitment to working at least 25 hours per week.
