Job Description
The Head of Benefits Strategy is responsible for leading market engagement, shaping product development, and positioning Sword Health as a leader in digital employee health benefits, while collaborating with sales and industry partners to expand the company's presence in the enterprise benefits ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a market-facing thought leader in employee benefits and enterprise benefits space
- Partner with sales team to develop and execute sales strategies related to benefits offerings
- Engage prospects and industry stakeholders to promote Sword's benefits platform
- Provide strategic market insights and feedback to influence product development
- Build and elevate Sword's presence within the HR and benefits ecosystem
Requirements
- Must be an experienced former employee benefits leader with a proven track record in the employee benefits industry.
- Must have the ability to serve as a market-facing thought leader and an internal strategic partner to Account Executives within the sales organization.
- Must have experience in sales strategy, prospect engagement, and industry advocacy to accelerate impact in the enterprise benefits space.
- Must have the ability to help build Sword's platform within the broader HR and benefits ecosystem and elevate the company as a category leader in digital MSK and holistic employee health.
- Must be capable of participating in shaping product development by providing market insights and strategic feedback to ensure offerings align with the evolving needs of enterprise buyers.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States; no immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided.
- Must work full-time, regularly working at least 25 hours per week.
