The Group Product Manager - Platform is responsible for leading the development and integration of shared systems and services that enhance the member experience and enable scalable, high-quality growth across Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of the platform strategy to ensure seamless member experiences across all products.
Lead cross-functional teams to build shared systems and services that enable scalable, safe, and high-quality product delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements and prioritize features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience in product management, specifically as a Group Product Manager or similar senior product leadership role, with a proven track record of managing platform or system-wide products.
Strong understanding of platform architecture, systems, and services that enable scalable, safe, and high-quality product development and delivery.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across multiple disciplines including engineering, design, and clinical teams.
Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in a remote environment within Europe, with the ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration tools effectively.
Legal right to work within the country of employment within Europe; candidates in Portugal must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
