Job Description
A Business Development Representative at Sword Health is responsible for partnering with sales and marketing to educate potential customers about the company's AI-driven healthcare solutions, initiating early conversations with clients and consultants, and helping to generate demand to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and marketing to educate potential customers about the Sword solution
- Create and capture demand through early conversations with consultants and potential clients
- Uncover important details during initial sales interactions to assist the sales team
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with regular working hours of at least 25 hours per week.
- Ability to develop great relationships in the healthcare space.
- Ability to represent a product and platform that are strongly admired.
- Experience or skills in business development, including partnering with sales and marketing teams to educate potential customers about the company's solutions.
- Experience in driving early conversations with consultants and potential clients.
- Ability to uncover important details during early stages of the sales process to assist the sales team.
- Strong communication skills to create and capture demand for the company's solutions.
- Ability to work in a remote-first environment with flexible working hours.
