Job Description
The Director of Efficiency at Sword Health is responsible for leading company-wide initiatives to optimize operational efficiency through automation and AI adoption, enabling scalable growth while ensuring strategic resource allocation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide efficiency initiatives to optimize impact of resources, hires, and processes
- Drive automation and AI adoption across the organization
- Enhance visibility into operational performance to support scaling efforts
- Partner with finance to oversee financial planning, analysis, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Provide strategic insights to support informed decision-making and long-term growth
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- If based in Portugal, candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Experience in leading company-wide efficiency initiatives, including building visibility, driving automation and AI adoption, and scaling operations globally.
- Proven ability to ensure every dollar, hire, and process becomes an impact multiplier to support company growth.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve organizational efficiency without increasing the cost base.
- Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, and operations to enable smart resource allocation, ensure rigorous compliance, and provide strategic insights.
- Ability to partner across organizational functions to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership in scaling company operations and improving efficiency at a corporate level.
- Experience in managing or leading initiatives related to automation, AI adoption, and process optimization.
