Job Description

The Director of Consultant Relations is responsible for expanding the company's influence within the benefits consulting and brokerage community, building strategic relationships, and driving business opportunities within the Southwest Territory to promote Sword's healthcare AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Sword Health's influence within the benefits consulting and brokerage community in the Southwest Territory.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with benefits consultants and brokers.
  • Drive net-new, consultant-referred opportunities through strategic relationship building and market activation.
  • Enable and educate consultants on Sword's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Business Development Representatives, to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM management.

Requirements

  • Experience in building and maintaining senior-level consultant relationships within the benefits consulting and brokerage community.
  • Ability to convert influence within the benefits consulting and brokerage community into measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of strategic relationship building and consultant enablement.
  • Experience in driving net-new, consultant-referred opportunities through market activation.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Experience in building and sustaining relationships with senior-level consultants.
  • Ability to ensure consistent positioning of Sword's value in the market.
  • Disciplined pipeline tracking and forecasting skills using CRM systems.
  • Legal right to work in the United States; no immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided.
  • Full-time employment status with a requirement to regularly work at least 25 hours per week.
