Job Description
The Senior Compliance Manager at Sword Health is responsible for developing and overseeing compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, managing monitoring and risk mitigation efforts, and promoting a culture of ethics and regulatory compliance across the organization and its provider network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations and guidelines.
- Manage monitoring, auditing, and risk mitigation efforts related to compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance issues and promote a culture of ethics and regulatory compliance across the organization and provider network.
Requirements

- Manage monitoring, auditing, and risk mitigation efforts related to compliance.
