Job Description
The Director of Compliance at Sword Health is responsible for developing and overseeing compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, managing risk mitigation, and promoting a culture of ethics and regulatory compliance across the organization and its provider network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations and guidelines
- Manage monitoring, auditing, and risk mitigation efforts related to compliance
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance issues
- Promote a culture of ethics and regulatory compliance across the organization and provider network
Requirements
- Lead the development and oversight of compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations and guidelines.
- Manage monitoring, auditing, and risk mitigation efforts related to compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in compliance matters.
- Promote a culture of ethics and regulatory compliance across the organization and its provider network.
- Have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
