Job Description
The Data Operations Engineer supports the integration and management of healthcare data by preparing, validating, and maintaining data pipelines to ensure high-quality, accurate data flows for Sword Health's products and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration of clients' self-insured employers and health plans into Sword's solutions.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain data pipelines for processing large volumes of healthcare data.
- Ensure data flows accurately and on time across organizational systems.
- Maintain high data quality standards to support Sword's products and clients.
- Improve operational processes related to data management and integration.
Requirements
- Support the integration of clients' self-insured employers and health plans into Sword's solutions by preparing, validating, and maintaining data pipelines that can process large volumes of healthcare data.
- Ensure that information flows accurately and on time by maintaining high data quality standards and improving operational processes.
- Maintain strong data quality standards and ensure smooth data integrations across the organization.
- Motivated, detail-oriented candidate who is eager to learn and committed to delivering high-quality, accurate data.
- Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with regular work hours of at least 25 hours per week.
