Requirements
Experience in customer service or client support roles, with a demonstrated ability to support clients effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Ability to understand and explain physiotherapy programs and related health information to clients
Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural sensitivities is preferred
