Job Description
A Customer Success Representative at SWORD supports members through personalized physiotherapy programs, ensuring effective care and positive outcomes while collaborating with a global team to advance healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to members completing personalized physiotherapy programs.
- Assist members in understanding and following their physiotherapy plans.
- Collaborate with licensed clinicians to ensure members receive appropriate care and guidance.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or client support roles, with a demonstrated ability to support clients effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to understand and explain physiotherapy programs and related health information to clients
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural sensitivities is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment
- High level of passion, commitment, and energy to support the company's mission and growth
- Proficiency with technology and healthcare platforms used for client support and communication
- Commitment to providing high-quality support in a manner consistent with clinical and ethical standards
- Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and protocols as the company scales and expands
