Job Description
A Customer Success Manager at Sword Health is responsible for onboarding, managing, and expanding relationships with employer customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth within a fast-paced, innovative healthcare company focused on AI-driven health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new employer customers and manage their accounts
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and customers
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Experience managing and growing diverse accounts, building strategic relationships, and delivering impactful, measurable results.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a natural talent for collaboration.
- Strong passion for expanding access to quality healthcare for those who need it most.
- Ability to onboard, manage, and expand a portfolio of employer customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
