Job Description

A Customer Success Manager at Sword Health is responsible for onboarding, managing, and expanding relationships with employer customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth within a fast-paced, innovative healthcare company focused on AI-driven health solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new employer customers and manage their accounts
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and customers
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
  • Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs

Requirements

  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Experience managing and growing diverse accounts, building strategic relationships, and delivering impactful, measurable results.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a natural talent for collaboration.
  • Strong passion for expanding access to quality healthcare for those who need it most.
  • Ability to onboard, manage, and expand a portfolio of employer customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
