Job Description
A Customer Success Manager at Sword Health is responsible for onboarding, managing, and expanding relationships with employer customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth within a fast-paced, innovative healthcare company focused on AI-driven health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new employer customers and manage their accounts
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and customers
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and account growth
Requirements
- Experience managing and growing diverse accounts, building strategic relationships, and delivering impactful, measurable results in a customer success or account management role.
- Ability to work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to onboard, manage, and expand a portfolio of employer customers.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and resourcefulness.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a natural talent for building strategic relationships.
- A passion for expanding access to quality healthcare for those who need it most.
- Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
