Job Description
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve value from Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions, and supporting the company's growth and expansion in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the AI Care platform
- Act as a primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing clients
- Provide training and onboarding support to new customers
- Monitor customer health metrics and usage data to proactively address issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing enterprise clients or healthcare accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, especially in musculoskeletal care, physiotherapy, or digital health platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and supervise clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and sales teams to ensure client success.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of service quality.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled healthcare solutions and digital health technologies is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks related to client support, including remote communication and possibly some travel for client visits if required.
