The Controller will lead and build the global accounting and finance functions for Sword Health, ensuring accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes, while supporting the company's growth and transition towards a public-company environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the global accounting foundation to ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls
Oversee the successful delivery of external audits
Partner with the Finance leader, Audit Committee, and senior leadership to ensure financial discipline
Improve systems and processes within the finance organization
Manage and develop a junior finance team
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and responsible financial practices
Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities
Optimize resource allocation and drive efficient revenue operations
Requirements
