Job Description

The Concierge Engagement Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage high-risk members, using both strategic planning and hands-on implementation to promote Sword Health's AI-powered solutions and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Sword Predict's multi-channel outreach strategy from start to finish.
  • Create, test, and iterate marketing campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and AI-powered conversations.
  • Build, scale, and optimize personalized outreach campaigns to engage high-risk members.
  • Convince members to choose Sword's products over traditional healthcare options.
  • Implement campaigns independently, combining AI tools and traditional marketing tactics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate to maximize engagement and conversions.

Requirements

  • Own and execute Sword Predict's multi-channel outreach strategy end-to-end, including campaign creation, testing, and iteration across email, SMS, direct mail, and AI-powered conversations to drive member engagement with core products.
  • Build, test, and scale personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, and AI conversations, to maximize conversions.
  • Conceive and implement marketing campaigns yourself, leveraging both AI tools and traditional marketing tactics, without delegating execution to others.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills in campaign development and implementation.
  • Own outcomes completely, with the ability to move fast, test constantly, and maintain quality in campaign execution.
  • Convince members to choose Sword's products over traditional healthcare options through effective outreach.
  • Be hands-on every day in building campaigns and thinking strategically about overall marketing approach.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States; for candidates in Portugal, possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal; note that US applicants require no immigration or work visa sponsorship, and the position does not offer relocation assistance.
  • Have full-time availability to work regularly at least 25 hours per week.
  • Be able to work in a remote-first environment with flexible working hours.
