Job Description
The Chief of Staff for the Enterprise organization at Sword Health will work closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate operational efforts, and support the Commercial team in delivering exceptional customer outcomes within a fast-paced, innovative healthcare environment.

Requirements

- Thrive in ambiguity, excel at execution, and perform at your best in fast-moving environments.
- Legal right to work in the United States; US applicants only (no immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided).
- Candidates in Portugal must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal (no relocation assistance provided).
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week in the US.
- Possess strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives and operational efforts.
- Demonstrate ability to support strategic priorities and align teams with company-wide goals.
- Exhibit adaptability and effectiveness in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
