The Account Executive - Enterprise Canada is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with enterprise clients in Canada, promoting Sword Health's AI-powered healthcare solutions to expand the company's market presence and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with enterprise clients across Canada
Identify client needs and present tailored healthcare solutions
Drive sales growth by acquiring new enterprise accounts
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with enterprise clients and internal teams.
Ability to understand and articulate complex healthcare or technology solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
Experience working with clients across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team of innovators.
Physical and mental capacity to manage a demanding workload and travel as required for client meetings or industry events, if applicable.
