Job Description

The Account Executive - Enterprise Canada is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with enterprise clients in Canada, promoting Sword Health's innovative physiotherapy solutions to improve musculoskeletal care on a large scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise clients in Canada
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations
  • Present and demonstrate Sword Health's solutions to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales or account management, with a track record of successfully selling to large organizations or enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers within Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex healthcare solutions, particularly in the musculoskeletal or physiotherapy space.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
