Job Description
A hands-on role operating and maintaining the solar cell production line, conducting experiments, analyzing results, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve photovoltaic technology, ideal for graduates or early-career professionals in renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate SunDrive's production line for solar cell manufacturing
- Collaborate with Mechanical and Mechatronics engineering teams
- Conduct hands-on experiments related to solar cell technology
- Perform post-experiment analysis and data interpretation
- Deep dive into the characterization and continuous improvement of patented solar cell technology
Requirements
- Operate SunDrive’s production line in collaboration with Mechanical and Mechatronics engineering teams.
- Conduct hands-on experiments related to solar cell technology.
- Perform post-result analysis of experiments conducted on solar cells.
- Deep dive into the characterisation of solar cells to assist in technological breakthroughs and continuous improvement of patented solar cell technology.
- Report directly to the Head of Process Engineering.
- Be part of a team of 6 seasoned experts in the Photovoltaics space.
- Possess a relevant educational background suitable for a role in manufacturing, engineering, or renewable energy (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied for early-career professionals or graduates).
