Job Description
A 14-month rotational traineeship in environmental commodity trading, offering hands-on experience across operations and front-office teams, with a focus on developing analytical, commercial, and professional skills in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a 14-month rotational program across operations and front-office teams to gain comprehensive industry experience.
- Engage in commercial activities such as cold-calling, business development, and corporate account management.
- Conduct trade analysis, research, and create dashboards to develop analytical skills.
- Contribute to projects and tasks that support the company's environmental commodity trading strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities and develop decarbonization strategies for clients.
Requirements
- Graduated before September 1, 2026, with a Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Environmental Studies, or a commercially related field, including dual master’s program.
- Fluent English is required.
- A strong interest and passion for the commercial and analytical side of environmental commodity trading, and everything involved in it.
- Proficiency in analytical skills, including Python and/or Excel.
- An entrepreneurial and commercially oriented mindset with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
- Maximum of 1 year of relevant full-time work experience, either between your Bachelor and Master or after completing your Master’s degree.
- Available to work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, totaling 40 hours per week.
- During the first 6 weeks, being in the office 5 days a week for full onboarding is required.
