Job Description
This role involves supporting the operational processes of environmental commodities trading, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced, dynamic team focused on decarbonization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-trade activities to ensure seamless transaction flow in environmental commodities trading.
- Support process improvements and optimizations within Trade Operations and Tickets teams.
- Maintain and optimize data integrity across systems to support accurate business operations.
- Engage with stakeholders, prepare standardized contract templates, and support KYC procedures.
- Process data uploads related to electric vehicle records, ensuring accuracy and currency.
Requirements
- Studying towards a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of business, economics, finance, or a similar field, with a preference towards graduation year 2026
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Fluent communication skills in both written and verbal German and English
- Availability for a 6-to-9-month contract working 15-20 hours per week
- Based in the Netherlands or Hamburg and able to work from the office
- Demonstrates a proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
