Job Description
A Sustainability Business Partner responsible for developing and managing sustainability projects, ensuring compliance with certification schemes, and driving value creation for clients within the biomethane and sustainable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sustainability projects for internal use and external clients
- Engage with customers to identify portfolio improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance
- Develop procedures and train Sustainability Operations on new projects and portfolio improvements
- Guide, prepare, and execute sustainability audits to ensure client compliance with ISCC and other schemes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related field including 3 years of experience in Sustainability within the biomethane industry
- Any other sustainable energy industry experience is advantageous
- 1-3 years of experience with ISCC and/or affiliated Voluntary Schemes, preferably with Greenhouse Gas calculation experience
- Decent knowledge of Microsoft suite and strong technical skill in online platforms
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks including the ability to work independently and take ownership within a team based environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
