Job Description
The Corporate Account Manager at STX is responsible for expanding the customer portfolio in the Iberian region by engaging with clients across various industries to develop tailored decarbonization solutions, fostering strong relationships, and driving market growth in environmental commodities and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the customer portfolio in the Iberian region by engaging with prospective clients across various industries.
- Understand clients' climate and decarbonization needs to develop tailored decarbonization solutions.
- Generate and nurture leads through market research, sector expertise, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person interactions and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, policy, and research to deliver effective solutions.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and technological advancements relevant to the market.
- Drive market share growth within assigned sectors by leveraging strategic insights and client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or sector related fields
- 2-5 years of relevant finance sustainability work experience
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task
- Ability to deeply understand clients' climate decarbonization needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approaches to identify and tailor solutions from the company's product portfolio
- Display outstanding interpersonal skills, excelling in collaborative efforts within dynamic team environments, while skillfully cultivating direct working relationships
