Job Description
An AI Engineer responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered tools using large language models to automate workflows, enhance data processing, and integrate AI solutions into business operations, supporting the company's decarbonization and environmental trading initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools and agents using LLMs for document processing, summarization, and workflow automation
- Build performant AI tools to automate and augment business use cases
- Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and processes
- Stay updated on AI advancements and contribute to the AI technical roadmap
- Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models
Requirements
- 7 years of software engineering experience with hands-on coding and collaboration
- 3 years of industry domain experience developing and deploying secure, novel tools and automation (preferred)
- Proficiency as a polyglot programmer with experience in Python and NodeJS
- Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks such as LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, but Azure or GCP is also acceptable
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as CDK or Terraform
- Exposure to big data tools
- Working knowledge of MLOps, including model versioning, pipeline orchestration, and production deployment
