Job Description
A Project Manager responsible for leading the development and execution of commercial rooftop solar projects in Maryland, overseeing all project phases from planning to completion while ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of solar projects across Maryland
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, procurement, construction management, scheduling, reporting, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and local stakeholders to ensure project safety, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Experience leading the development and execution of solar projects across Maryland, including overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle such as planning, budgeting, procurement, construction management, scheduling, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and local stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with Maryland regulations and incentive programs.
- Providing leadership and technical expertise in solar project management.
- Knowledge of Maryland-specific regulations and incentive programs related to solar energy projects.
