Requirements
Proven experience in a senior finance, strategy, or operations role with a strong understanding of analytical frameworks, planning processes, and strategic insights that guide company growth, investment, and capital allocation.
Ability to evaluate growth opportunities, shape capital deployment decisions, and build systems that translate a rapidly scaling business into clear, actionable insights.
Experience working across development, operations, structured finance, and capital markets to support decision-making processes.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, solve complex and unstructured problems, and connect detailed analysis to real-world business outcomes.
Excellent partnership skills to work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and make strategic decisions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and own enterprise decision-making frameworks and planning processes.
Experience in a role that involves evaluating and guiding investment and growth strategies at a high level.
Ability to operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, with a focus on enterprise-wide decision-making.
Based in the Northeast or willing to relocate; time in office is not required but strongly preferred.
