Job Description
The Solar O M Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance of commercial rooftop solar energy systems to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency, working collaboratively in a safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of commercial solar energy systems
- Ensure the safety and reliability of solar energy systems
- Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Experience level as an O M Technician at multiple levels (Tier 1 to 4) or equivalent experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing commercial solar energy systems.
- Ability to ensure the reliable performance, safety, and efficiency of commercial solar energy systems.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
- Ability to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization tasks on solar energy systems.
