A Community Solar Program Analyst supports the company's expansion by coordinating, preparing, tracking, and completing community solar program applications across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission while maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, prepare, track, and complete community solar program applications across multiple markets.
Ensure all application materials are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain visibility into application timelines, requirements, and outcomes.
Support the execution of community solar program applications through organization and follow-through.

Requirements

Support the execution of community solar program applications by coordinating, preparing, tracking, and completing applications across multiple programs and markets.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure all application materials are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Maintain clear visibility into application timelines, requirements, and outcomes.
Be detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple applications and deadlines effectively.
Possess strong follow-through skills to ensure application processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
Support the company’s expansion and operations across a growing portfolio of markets in the United States.
Be an entry-level professional with a focus on organization, process management, and continuous improvement.
Be willing to work in-office 3 to 4 days per week in the Asbury Park, NJ area.
