Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing and scaling web applications that utilize AI technologies to enhance clean energy development, delivery, and user experience, while leading a team of engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable, innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of proprietary web applications used by internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Design and build AI-enabled features and products to automate processes and enhance decision-making.
- Leverage modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and architectural guidance to a team of engineers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business and industry needs into scalable software solutions.
- Think strategically about system design and performance to support clean energy adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in building and scaling web applications, with a focus on developing and maintaining proprietary tools used by internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
- Experience designing and building AI-enabled features and products that incorporate automation, intelligence, and data-driven decision-making into workflows.
- Ability to lead a collaborative team of engineers across the US and offshore, providing technical direction, mentorship, and architectural guidance.
- Strong partnership skills to work with cross-functional teams and translate complex business and industry needs into intuitive, scalable software solutions.
- Deep technical expertise in system design and performance optimization.
