Job Description
A Project Development Analyst supporting strategic initiatives within the Operations team to enhance operational efficiency, working closely with project managers, engineering, finance, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives within the Operations team
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering, finance, and external stakeholders to advance projects
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
- Work with data to analyze and improve processes
- Contribute to strategic decision-making related to project development
Requirements
- Support strategic initiatives within the Operations team and enhance operational excellence across the company.
- Enjoy working with data, improving processes, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with project managers, engineering, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are advanced efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Passion for renewable energy and a collaborative mindset.
- Candidates with engineering backgrounds are preferred but not required.
- Recent graduates or emerging professionals with 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
