Job Description
The Installer Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing high-quality solar and battery installers across Australia to support the company's growing installation demand, playing a key role in scaling the solar workforce and ensuring project capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, engage, and secure high-quality solar and battery installers nationwide.
- Build and maintain relationships with tradespeople to ensure installation capacity.
- Ensure the availability of CEC accredited installers in the right territories to support installation demand.
Requirements
- Reside in the Northern Rivers region of Australia.
- Ability to build relationships with tradespeople, specifically solar and battery installers.
- Confidence on the phone and experience in proactive sourcing, engaging, and securing high-quality installers.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work towards installation capacity and project delivery goals.
- Willingness to work on-site Monday to Friday at the Byron Bay HQ industrial estate.
- Experience or background in recruitment or sales, particularly in building relationships with tradespeople or installers.
- Ability to influence installation capacity and support the company's growing installation demand through effective sourcing and engagement.
