Job Description

The Installer Recruiter is responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and securing high-quality solar and battery installers across Australia to support the company's growing installation demand, thereby influencing project delivery and company growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source, engage, and secure high-quality solar and battery installers nationwide.
Build and maintain relationships with tradespeople to support installation capacity.
Ensure the availability of CEC accredited installers in the right territories to meet installation demand.

Requirements

Reside in the Northern Rivers region of Australia.
Ability to build relationships with tradespeople, specifically solar and battery installers.
Confident on the phone and able to engage proactively with potential candidates.
Target-driven with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
Experience in high-impact recruitment roles or sales professional roles involving relationship building and target achievement.
Ability to source, engage, and secure high-quality solar and battery installers nationwide.
Understanding of the importance of maintaining the right number of CEC accredited installers in the right territories to support installation demand.
Willingness to work on-site Monday to Friday at Byron Bay HQ industrial estate.
Availability to commence in a casual position with full-time hours.
