Job Description

A Credit Controller role focused on managing rebate recovery, optimizing collections, and providing visibility into receivables within a fast-growing renewable energy company. The position involves data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance cash flow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end rebate lifecycle, including recovery, analysis, and reporting
Optimize collections to improve cash flow
Strengthen rebate recovery processes and identify areas for process improvement
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and external partners to enhance receivables performance
Analyze data related to receivables and collections to inform decision-making

Requirements

Experience in credit control or collections roles with a focus on rebate recovery, collections optimization, and receivables performance analysis
Ability to own the end-to-end rebate lifecycle, including recovery, analysis, process improvement, and reporting
Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement solutions
Experience working across multiple functions such as Finance, Sales, and Operations, including external partners
Proven ability to improve cash flow and systems performance through process improvements
Willingness to work on-site at the Byron Bay HQ in the Northern Rivers region
