Requirements
Experience in Human Resources management with a focus on employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and people processes.
Ability to oversee the day-to-day HR functions while contributing strategically to the growth and development of the business.
Proven experience in creating and supporting a high-performance, values-driven culture where people can thrive.
Demonstrated ability to support leaders and employees across the organization with HR-related matters.
Experience balancing operational HR responsibilities with strategic people initiatives in a growing business environment.
Reside in the Northern Rivers region and be willing to work onsite Monday to Friday at Byron Bay HQ.
