The role involves deploying and leading the implementation of Oracle Construction Systems to improve the management and delivery of complex construction projects, combining technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the system implementation plan, including configuration and adoption of Oracle Construction Systems.
Design and configure scalable, optimized solutions on Oracle systems leveraging project controls expertise.
Engage stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of technical solutions and facilitate understanding of new processes.
Identify leads and opportunities to deploy Oracle systems across clients, supporting pre-sales activities and demonstrating software value.
Develop and mentor team members and clients to improve skills and ensure effective use of project control systems.
Requirements
Experience in sales and implementation of Oracle Systems in the construction industry
Proficient communication skills in written and verbal English, with the ability to convey messages with clarity, motivate teams, lead meetings effectively, and act as a kind and empathetic active listener capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback
Proactively take ownership of tasks, inspire others through thoughtful questions, and challenge the team to think critically and stay on track
A track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics
Mastery experience in deploying Oracle Primavera Cloud OPC and/or Primavera Unifier systems
Strong industry experience, a solid reputation, and an established network that can be leveraged to help drive the sales pipeline
Ability to configure and deploy flagship Oracle Construction systems leveraging project controls expertise
Willingness to support pre-sales activities by showcasing software capabilities and building compelling prototypes
Ability to develop impactful, scalable, and optimized solutions on Oracle systems based on planning and project controls expertise
Ability to manage people and processes effectively, engaging stakeholders to ensure understanding and adoption of new processes and tools
Willingness to adapt focus from Oracle systems to project controls, planning, and digital transformation projects as needed
