Job Description
A full-stack software engineer responsible for developing software to efficiently manage microgrids and distributed energy resources, contributing to innovative solutions in the energy industry within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack software for managing microgrids and distributed energy resources
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable and reliable microgrid management solutions
- Develop features and functionalities to optimize microgrid performance and operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a full-stack software engineer with the ability to build software to efficiently manage microgrids and other distributed energy resources.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications with a focus on energy management systems.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices relevant to microgrid and distributed energy resource management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team reporting to the Director of Software Engineering.
- Physical ability to work in an office environment in the New York City Union Square area (implied by the job location requirement).
