Job Description
A Recruiter role focused on full-cycle recruiting, primarily targeting early-career talent and sales roles, to support Samsara's growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The position involves sourcing, engaging candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and promoting company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and implement strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, events, and social media.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, facilitate interview debriefs, and drive offer negotiations.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques and help them envision a career at Samsara.
- Attend university recruiting events and collaborate with university sales clubs to attract early-career talent.
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify trends, unblock challenges, and improve recruiting strategies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, set expectations, and drive initiatives to overcome obstacles during searches.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular updates to hiring managers using ATS tools.
- Embed and exemplify Samsara’s cultural principles, promoting diversity, inclusion, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Phoenix and legally authorized to work in the country.
- Comfortable being in the office 2 days a week.
- Flexibility to travel 30% of the time for events.
- Experience with Early Talent University recruitment is a plus.
- Experience hiring for sales roles such as SDR, ADR, BDRs, or account executives is strongly preferred.
- Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Proven strategic sourcing skills.
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
- Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you.
- Previous tech experience preferred.
- Unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.

Compensation/salary range: $62,475 - $84,000 USD annually
