Job Description

The Technical Program Manager for Solutions Integration Services leads customer-facing integration projects, translating business needs into technical solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful deployment of system integrations to drive customer value and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integration planning and technical scoping for enterprise customers
  • Conduct customer-facing discovery and roadmap conversations to identify high-impact integrations
  • Develop and maintain integration roadmaps aligned with customer priorities
  • Scope, prioritize, and translate business needs into technical projects
  • Perform technical vetting to ensure feasibility and alignment of integrations
  • Partner with customer account teams on prioritization and deployment strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Sales, and Services for project delivery
  • Provide context, documentation, and support to delivery teams during implementation
  • Track outcomes, adoption, and integration maturity to measure success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Solutions Architecture, or a related technical customer-facing role
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and technical systems
  • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical project scope
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
  • Experience developing and maintaining integration roadmaps aligned to customer priorities
  • Ability to identify the most strategic integrations to pursue first
  • Experience scoping and prioritizing technical projects
  • Ability to perform technical vetting to ensure feasibility and alignment
  • Partnering with customer account teams on prioritization decisions
  • Defining project goals, success criteria, and expected impact
  • Driving cross-functional coordination and providing context, documentation, and alignment to delivery teams
  • Supporting deployment plans in customer or Samsara hosted environments
  • Tracking outcomes and impact, including project completion, adoption, and integration maturity improvements
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records for integration initiatives
  • Reporting on success metrics quarterly
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
  • Prior experience as an Engineer, Architect, or Technical Consultant (preferred)
  • Enterprise SaaS or platform experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with large, complex customer environments (preferred)
  • A strategic mindset with attention to technical detail (preferred)
  • A bias for action and ownership (preferred)
