Job Description
A Tech Lead role responsible for guiding a team of engineers in developing scalable, high-impact software products that digitize physical operations across various industries, combining hands-on coding, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver real-world solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Architect and develop high-impact, scalable software products across the full technology stack.
- Partner with product management to define, prioritize, and deliver features that address customer needs.
- Drive end-to-end product development, ensuring high-quality and impactful solutions.
- Guide the team through rapid iteration cycles, incorporating feedback from customer and market insights.
- Engage with physical operations environments through site visits and handling edge cases in real-world scenarios.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience building software with a strong track record of shipping impactful products both greenfield (0 to 1) and at scale.
- 1 year of experience leading or mentoring other engineers, with the ability to balance technical leadership and hands-on contributions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action, comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes across the full product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to deliver speed and scale in software development.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills able to work cross-functionally and elevate the impact of your team.
- Proven track record of algorithm development.
- Experience working with AI/ML teams.
- Experience working with geolocation data, spatial algorithms, or real-world physical sensor inputs.
