Job Description

The role involves analyzing sales pipeline data, optimizing program performance, and providing strategic insights to support global sales growth within a high-growth SaaS environment, primarily focusing on Salesforce data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze pipeline program health, set targets, and forecast coverage to meet sales goals
  • Build propensity-to-buy lists for global sales initiatives and analyze post-event impact
  • Provide insights into campaign performance and regional trends to sales leaders and program managers
  • Manage Salesforce dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and serve as the primary SFDC owner
  • Create executive summaries and QBR decks to explain performance metrics and insights

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analyst roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce SFDC reporting and dashboarding.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Proficiency in Codex (highly preferred).
  • A foundational understanding of the Lead-to-Renewal lifecycle, pipeline coverage ratios, and sales development motions.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, executive-level presentations using Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing large-scale data sets and account segmentation, such as building propensity-to-buy models.

Annual Base Salary range: $79,432.50 - $120,150 USD
