Job Description

The role involves leading and scaling the renewals sales organization by developing strategies, optimizing processes, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and operational excellence in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales, finance, operations, and technical teams to optimize renewals cycle performance.
  • Develop and evolve key performance metrics to improve sales productivity.
  • Manage reporting on renewal bookings, pipeline, and forecasts; analyze team performance.
  • Create strategies and operational playbooks to drive renewal rates, revenue growth, and process scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and system improvements for efficiency.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies to expand and grow the renewals business.
  • Partner with leadership to create headcount, quota, and incentive plans aligned with growth goals.
  • Provide insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience working in an operational or strategic role supporting sales organizations.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Renewal functions closing 100 million USD in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and scaling processes and policies for renewal functions.
  • Comfort with performing analytical work with large data sets to perform modeling, forecasting, and sales analyses.
  • Experience in consulting, investment banking, or other highly quantitative roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales technology stack tools.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and partnering with sales leadership.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Advanced decision-making skills, including the ability to be proactive and adapt quickly.
  • The role is open to candidates residing in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
