Job Description

The role involves developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns for new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and revenue, and leveraging data analysis to optimize marketing strategies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the demand generation strategy for new product offerings
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate pipeline and revenue
  • Partner with sales, product marketing, customer success, and channel teams to plan and implement integrated customer lifecycle motions
  • Pilot and scale new marketing channels using data insights and experimentation
  • Define test plans, instrumentation, and reporting to optimize prospect and customer experiences

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Experience leveraging AI and data analysis to optimize campaigns, build agentic workflows, and boost productivity.
  • Proven track record in building multi-channel programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo or equivalent Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical rigor skilled at experiment design, interpreting results, and turning insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
  • High ownership, bias to action, and accountability in fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python or equivalent for analysis and experimentation.
  • Background in management consulting, analytics, or similar problem-solving roles.
  • Strong writing skills with experience creating content for emails, webinars, webpages, or blogs.
  • Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms and advanced Salesforce usage.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in 0-1 environments and in a startup-within-an-enterprise context.

Annual Base Salary range: $99,662.50 - $167,500 USD
