Job Description
The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Planet's innovative satellite data products and solutions to industry verticals such as agriculture, energy, and insurance, by creating compelling narratives, supporting sales efforts, and engaging with customers and partners globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling narratives and messaging for industry audiences in agriculture, energy, insurance, and other verticals.
- Understand customer challenges and create engagement strategies to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Produce and maintain marketing assets such as presentations, data sheets, demos, and battlecards.
- Partner with sales to strategize on account-specific marketing programs and content to drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute industry and account-based marketing campaigns.
- Host customer-facing webinars and create interactive demos to showcase product value.
- Support co-marketing efforts with strategic partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree
- 6 years of B2B, product or solutions marketing experience
- Experience marketing to agriculture, energy or insurance industry audiences
- Track record positioning and marketing B2B enterprise products
- Exceptional listening and influence skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience partnering with product, sales, and executive stakeholders and communicating across leadership
- Excellent organizational skills and being a self-starter with the ability to collaborate across departments

US National Salary Range: $127,000 - $158,700 USD
