The role involves designing and developing sales training programs using various learning formats to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team, supporting the company's growth and customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop sales training strategies and programs
Create and manage various learning formats including eLearning, videos, guides, and workshops
Collaborate with sales leadership to align training programs with corporate priorities
Continuously improve and scale content development and delivery using industry best practices
Implement modern learning theories and leverage AI and automation technologies in training programs
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in enablement resource creation, eLearning content development and design.
2-3 years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and managing content libraries.
Experience working with sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders to align on metrics that matter, program goals, and sales leadership expectations.
Track record of delivering interactive experiences that demonstratively improve learner engagement and product sophistication.
Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey.
Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies to develop and build out programs and content at scale.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Direct experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, Lessonly, and Showpad is preferred.
Multi-lingual ability to create and translate learning content in English, French, and Spanish.
