Job Description

The Program Manager, GTM Partner Programs at Samsara is responsible for designing and executing strategic partner programs that enable sales teams to effectively sell with partners, driving organizational growth and customer value through cross-functional collaboration and program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy programs that enable Account Executives to sell effectively with partners and unlock customer value.
  • Develop and implement the Partner Account Management (PAM) playbook and establish global standards for partner onboarding and deal orchestration.
  • Embed partnership strategies into sales processes, including QBRs, leadership reviews, and sales on-sites.
  • Create enablement programs to integrate partner value across post-sales teams such as Customer Success, Implementation, and Support.
  • Manage and promote high-impact Partner Win Stories and success metrics to support internal sales advocacy.
  • Oversee internal documentation, knowledge platforms, and partner program resources to ensure clarity and accessibility.
  • Lead high-impact training sessions and manage the internal calendar for partner-related activities.
  • Act as the internal advocate for GTM partner programs, overseeing strategy-to-execution lifecycle and maximizing partnership ROI.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of strategic program management, enablement, and/or consulting experience within a Sales and/or Partner organization.
  • Stellar analytical, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability in turning complex strategies into clear, value-driven programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operational and PMO teams to design and implement programs.
  • Consistent track record of deploying new programs and/or organizational frameworks to drive business outcomes and working with sales teams.
  • Collaborative and low-ego mindset.
  • Minimum requirement of experience in strategic program management, enablement, and/or consulting within a Sales and/or Partner organization.
